Daniel is an honest get it right the first time "Handyman", but handyman does not do justice to the services Daniel provides. He is an advanced journeyman carpenter plain and simple. We had some new windows installed from a local Sebring window company. Daniel was supposed to arrive at 1 but came late and gave an excuse that he was still working on another job. He said he would give a good price so i agreed to stick with the appointment. He came to my home for an estimate to install a shower door and 2 bike racks. He wrote down a few numbers and said he was going to home depot to get supplies and never came back! I texted to be sure everything was ok and he never answered. He also took the screws for my bike rack AND left oil stains in my driveway from that old a$$ mustang!... read more

We loved Daniel and he did FANTASTIC work. We had to remove a mini split that had leaked and caused damage. We also had water damage in a bathroom and closet from a hurricane. We just hadn't got it repaired. The work he did, you would never know it was a repair. His work is EXCELLENT. He is so meticulous and cleans up each day. His prices are so reasonable, my husband didn't think he charged enough. Daniel is Honest and Trustworthy. We felt comfortable leaving him working when we had to leave for an appointment. Where to start that's he's a liar and doesn't show up or answer his phone leaves work unfinished but demands pay then disappears for days on end. Do not recommend. No Daniel I HAVE EXACTLY 💯 THE RIGHT HORRIBLE UNLICENSED CONTRACTOR YOU. 1749 yeah the door how funny you don't recognize your terribly unfinished work u promised to fix and come back after you were paid! I highly recommend Dan. Very personable. Very knowledgeable. Did the work we requested perfectly. Left no mess. He replaced a kitchen faucet on a Sunday afternoon at no extra charges. All round good guy. Thanks Dan we'll use your services again.
