The weight loss program works if you do the work. I lost 30 pounds and have kept the weight off. If I can do it anyone can. I don’t have much well power. I did cheat a little then I would get back on track. I started in April 2021. Made it through the holidays (l even ate cookie’s and didn’t gain weight. Super nice and caring staff. I never give reviews but, this program deserves 5 stars.
