Late on a Friday we were traveling from NYC to our home in Lancaster. We hit a pothole on the NJ Turnpike and damaged a tire such that we couldn’t make it home. We are not BMW of Allentown customers but we needed help. We pulled into the service department 5 minutes before their closing time. They had a tire, mounted it for us, and sent us on our way in less than an hour. Wonderful service. Very pleasant people. We are very grateful.
Everyone was very nice and went out of their way to be helpful.
