250 mi from home The alternator belt suddenly snapped. Unfortunately I did have to pay for the tow to the dealer which was 30 miles away because the car basically went into lockdown thinking the transmission had failed. It was a bit of a panic moment to say the least needing to arrive before closing on a Thursday night. Their status notification system was great as well Charlie
My experience with Todd and the service team over at BMW of Allentown is always a great one. The communication is great and Todd is always willing to go above and beyond to answer any questions. I know my vehicle is always in good hands!
Charles was very unprofessional and brash during my interactions with him. He gave me dirty loaner car and I asked why is the car is so dirty- he replied “ well we’re on staff- you don’t have to take the car if you don’t want to “. I told him that I reserved for a loaner because I have to leave my. And he goes- well it’s up to you. Charles should never be in a customer facing role.
