I had again an excellent experience at Allentown BMW. Todd is a very experienced, knowledgeable and pleasant manager. All work on my car was great. Cudos to your car wash people. My car looked new after washing. And, of course, when needed I will be there again. Great place.
Lisa assisted me when I dropped off my BMW X5 M50i at Daniel’s BMW of Allentown. I have to say, Lisa was truly amazing to work with. As soon as I arrived for my Service appointment, I let Lisa know I had another appointment to get to and I could not miss it. Lisa as genuine as she was had ordered me a Lyft so I could get back-and-forth from other appointment, which was very kind of her. Lisa is the best service rep out there!!
They weren’t able to service it on my appt day…but otherwise appt went smooth..
BMW customer service is a 10. They go above and beyond to resolve your vehicle issues. The assistance you receive is impeccable and it makes you be proud to own a BMW. YOU GUYS ROCK !!!!
