My oil change was quick and efficient. Everyone was professional from the beginning to the end and I was ubered to my location and back to pick up my car. In addition, they sent video updates to my phone throughout the oil change and a report at the end.
Second milestone service for my 2025 BMW X3M 50. Todd Simpson again handled my service on boarding and the vehicle service experience was great as always. From entering the Sloane of Allentown BMW garage for check-in, getting my service technician video assessment and pre service review with Todd and post service review I had a wonderful experience again. Folks at Sloane BMW are always friendly even folks that you don’t know. Smile with greetings. Highly recommend!!!
