Waste of my time and money. Scheduled an appointment for March 5th. They called a tow truck for today. Made it to their collision center just to be told they can’t use customer parts. Which I understand but that’s something that should’ve been mentioned on the phone call. So I paid 180 for a tow for absolutely nothing. Then told to google a tow truck to get it back home.
There was no communication about when my car would be done, and if a rental isn’t covered by insurance be prepared… I waited a full three weeks to get my car back after I was initially told it would be done in 4-5 days. No one return my calls when I left messages. No one called to me say they would need more time with my car. There seems to be no communication between departments. I have been taking my cars here to get auto body work done for years. Very professional and the work is magnificent! Paperwork, rental car, insurance paper work is seemless. Recommend!
Our brand new BMW X4 was unfortunately rear-ended with just 1,400 miles on it. Daniel’s BMW restored our car to good as new once again! They also worked with Progressive and Enterprise to get the repairs paid for and the rental facilitated. They do excellent, quality work and, if we ever need body work again, we’ll be back!
