They did a fantastic job restoring our BMW X7 after a deer strike took out the bumper, the fender, and both side doors. The quality of the repair was outstanding. The fit and finish is factory-level. The car truly looks like nothing ever happened to it. They worked nicely with our insurance company and even made the rental car pick-up and drop-off process easy (I just tossed them the rental car keys at the end and they took care of the return for me). Waste of my time and money. Scheduled an appointment for March 5th. They called a tow truck for today. Made it to their collision center just to be told they can’t use customer parts. Which I understand but that’s something that should’ve been mentioned on the phone call. So I paid 180 for a tow for absolutely nothing. Then told to google a tow truck to get it back home.
