HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!The man answered the telephone by just saying "hello". My husband became confused asking if we had reached "Daniel's Bath & Beyond"? Called customer service approximately 10 days ago today, never received a call back for a return label. I could not use the product was informed 9 times TOTAL in one conversation on the same call; that if I shipped the product back and it was open, I would NOT receive a refund or I could possibly get hit with a 20% restocking fee.
