Served by an older Asian guy with an interesting hairdo. Was extremely rude to us when inquiry about purchasing/trading in a car. If I could give zero stars that would be more relevant to our experience.
I’m looking to buy a car so I walked in to get an idea of the price range and finance deals they offer. My cousin and I were approached by a middle aged Asian worker. His customer service was unwelcoming and was very rude with his responses to our inquiries.
