Everyone at the shop is very friendly but while I was there browsing an elderly woman came in with a very small inexpensive used bicycle for a her 6yo granddaughter that she purchased at a yard sale. She appeared to live on a very fixed income. I used to race BMX for many years and now race downhill. The bike looked in very lightly used shape with no rust or corrosion but only dusty. A friend recommended this shop, what a great referral! The entire staff is so knowledgeable and they are GREAT with their customer service. Last week "Weasel" helped us purchase new bike helmets and a saddle. Then today, after we took our first ride in quite a while, Kurt fixed glitches in grears, and another staffer helped get my saddle adjusted properly. All done quickly, expertly, and with a smile. Can't recommend them enough!!
Even though Fabian Esponda, a mechanic at this shop, did a fantastic job tuning up my bicycle, women and girls involved with this establishment should know that he is a creep. I stayed with him for a while and, after I left, I went back to retrieve my belongings. He returned everything to me that was mine except for one thing: my underwear. Yes, he stole my underwear and kept it. Ew. I feel women and girls have a right to know this information before working with this shop. I've been going here since 2022 or so when my LBS closed. Not only are they incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, but they are incredibly fair with prices. I recommend them to anyone in the area - parts, service, and bike fits
