I have been using them for 10 years partly because it was family owned. Everytime I spoke with the office they rub me the wrong way ESpecially the boss ( They are very rude). I've been leaving messaging for a week now and no one returns my call. Today the boss cursed at me and hung up the phone because he wanted to be the only one to talk. I recorded the conversation. So what did I do take my business elsewhere and found someone CHEAPER
Girl that answer the phones is clueless, rude, and obnoxious find somewhere else it’s not worth the headache besides, they don’t pick up the garbage on time
No explanation why garbage is not picked up and expects the customer to pay for service that is not done. THE OWNER IS KNOWN FOR JUST HANGING UP THE PHONE ON CUSTOMERS BECAUSE HE CANNOT ARTICULATE WELL WITHOUT BEING DISRESPECTFUL.
I hired Daniello to supply dumpsters at my home in the Bronx. Their customer service was great and they showed up at my home as promised at 8:00 am. Their driver was excellent.
