My daughter and I recently bought a dress from Danielle's. From the time I made the intial phone call until the day she picked the gown up, the service was exceptional. I could not have asked for better service. Thank you Sam and Tiffany for all of your help and for making her day so special.

I bought my wedding dress here and when I took it in to get the bustle done they told me it would take 2 weeks and would be done andI could come in anytime after that to get it. So 5 weeks later (2 weeks before my wedding) I came in to get my dress and not only had they not even started the alterations it wasnt even in the store for me to try on, it was at the ladys home. They were very rude and told me it was not a priority for them. So take you dresses somewhere else to get any work done to them. After they make they sell ... read more

My initial impression of the store and the staff was great. They were very helpful, but once they had the money it was a totally different story. I was told that even though I was ordering a dress that was too large the seamstress would be able to alter down to fit me. Not only did she not do that, she destroyed my dress. I never imagined that getting a dress would require5 separate trips due to their incompetence. The seamstress told us she was always right on the money with her alterations.
