Always prompt but I never feel rushed. Questions answered if possible. Follow always prompt
Their offshore schedulers/receptionists are incredibly difficult to deal with and take days to get back to you. I ended up scheduling with another doctor whose front desk staff was wonderful and immediately available and responsive. Please reconsider your off-shore staff - it ruins the patient experience.
