The actual procedure was fine. Communications was another matter. I was instructed to call using an option on their directory tree. None of the options matched my needs and I had to leave a call back number, twice. When they finally called, it was to my cell not my home number and I missed the call. Be careful who you decide to seek care from here. During my initial appointment, I felt heard by Dr. Ancha. She answered my questions and assured me that my concern for a certain medication was rare. However, I ended up having the exact reaction that I was nervous of. Then I was told to go untreated for two weeks until my scope. I advocated for myself in regards to being unmedicated while symptomatic.
