DONT GO TO HER! I don’t know how her ZocDoc reviews are good. I saw her at 6010 Bay Parkway. She was a horrible doctor. I had to wait a while because her office took my x-ray and added it to another persons record. So they couldn’t find it. I don’t know if they found it at the end, but I assumed they did. Otherwise I don’t know whose x-ray they were looking at. The doctor didn’t seem interested in explaining my diagnosis and when I asked questions she became frustrated and angry with me. Dr Scher was completely professional, friendly and thorough. She took time to listen to my concerns, explained X-ray findings to me and validated my concerns and questions. I felt heard and respected throughout my entire experience. I would highly recommend Dr Scher
This was by far the worst medical experience I’ve ever had. I visited this doctor at her clinic located at: 6010 Bay Parkway, 8th Floor, Brooklyn, NY 11204 I was in severe pain from a herniated disc in my lower back. It was physically obvious that I was struggling — I could barely stand, and my discomfort was written all over my face. When I politely asked if I could sit down, she coldly replied that there were no chairs available, even though there was a chair right next to her that she clearly chose to ignore. Terrible service. Doctor has another place as well, 6010 Bay Pkwy, 8th Floor. After checking in, admitting, spending one hr in the office I was told either do this way or get up and go. So, I left. Very rude Russian speaking assistant.
Очень невнимательный доктор. После визита я была «вручена» работникам физиотерапии, которые не знают что со мной делать. Боли только усиливаются, хромота прогрессирует. Считаю, что доктор отнеслась халатно к моему здоровью и проблемам, осмотр был проведен брезгливо, в проблема никто разбираться даже не удосужился. Теперь я вынуждена тратить время на посещение другого врача. Надеюсь, он будет намного лучше.
