Would highly recommend Dr. Rooney. I had a hysterectomy with complications and she was nothing but supportive and attentive, even calling the physicians from the emergency department who saw me when I had an after hours emergency situation. 5/5!
I am holding back tears sitting in the waiting room. I'm being told that there's nothing they can do and I have to wait until 9:45am. My appointment was at 9am, and I have video footage of the car accident as to why I was late. This office has a 7 min window policy. I got in to check in at 9:08 and also called while I was in the parking lot. I am also nine months pregnant and ran through the parking lot to get here. Love Dr. Rooney, unfortunately the facility policy is just ridiculous! I was 8-9 minutes late for my appointment.. I wasn’t aware the office moved, guess I should’ve read into the multiple texts received. I showed up to the wrong location, at the right time.. Then, when I got to the right location, parking was scarce and I followed an ambulance and another emergency vehicle in, which also contributed to my delay.
