I had an unpleasant experience with this provider in the past. Now that I’m older and more aware, I can better recognize the issues I encountered, including feeling dismissed in a way that felt extreme to me, and feeling that some aspects of how things were handled had a negative impact on me.
We feel very fortunate to have dr O’Banion as our primary physician and have nothing but positive and good things to say about her professionalism, energy and abilities. Thank you dr O’Banion
If I could post zero stars, I would do so. I absolutely agree with the other reviewer who posted one star. Incredibly rude, unfriendly, combative, and defensive.
Dr.O’Banion is hands down the best PCP I have ever had. She has validated every concern I’ve brought to her, made me feel safe and comfortable in her office. She talks me through everything and makes sure I leave our appointments feeling good, and helped. I couldn’t praise her more. She is simply the best of the best!
Amazing Doctor! Great listener, empathetic and made me feel like my issues were important to her. I never felt rushed and I feel she's incredibly knowledgable. I appreciate her kindness and am so glad I finally found a PCP that listens..one of the important aspects of a provider to me.
