If I could post zero stars, I would do so. I absolutely agree with the other reviewer who posted one star. Incredibly rude, unfriendly, combative, and defensive.
Dr.O’Banion is hands down the best PCP I have ever had. She has validated every concern I’ve brought to her, made me feel safe and comfortable in her office. She talks me through everything and makes sure I leave our appointments feeling good, and helped. I couldn’t praise her more. She is simply the best of the best!
Amazing Doctor! Great listener, empathetic and made me feel like my issues were important to her. I never felt rushed and I feel she's incredibly knowledgable. I appreciate her kindness and am so glad I finally found a PCP that listens..one of the important aspects of a provider to me.
Dr. O'Banion is the best doctor I have ever seen. She is friendly, thorough, and very knowledgeable. After 10 years of health issues being dismissed by several other practices in the area, Dr. O'Banion continued to order tests until we were able to determine the cause of my problems. She is a gem and Cooley is lucky to have her.
