All went well. The wait time was minimal, and Danielle appeared shortly after intake was completed. She was courteous, upbeat in her manner. She listened, asked questions and recorded my comments. She checked some physical aspects, assessed we can meet again in 6 wks. I always felt she had time to listen and counsel. I never felt rushed. I appreciate her professionalism very much!
I had such an awesome experience with Danielle. I have been having severe back pains for several months and had just gotten an epidural a couple of weeks ago that wasn’t working as well as I hoped. Danielle took the time to explain to me the whole epidural process, the expectations, and ways I could improve my next experience. She also adjusted my medications and gave me clear directions on what I should be doing at home as well as in my Physical Therapy sessions.
