I had two recent procedures preformed by Dr. Giesler. Everything went as described with great care from her and her staff. Outstanding Doctor, very pleased!
I called to talk to the office manager regarding everything I am about to leave in my review and got no call back so this office had the chance to make things right and chose not to. I Left a message with the office in Allen. They said that the office manager did not have a direct line but they would email her. Still have not received a phone call back. I love Dr. Giesler she is the most kind, and easy going MD so KUDOS TO HER SHE IS WONDERFUL!!! I have had an operation from her before and HIGHLY recommend her !!!!! but ....... read more
Dr. Giesler and her team are amazing. It's really nice to have a medical relationship with a doctor and office that actually cares about their patients. Literally, every person I've spoken to or had contact with in their office is truly world class!!!
First time having to get a colonoscopy and everything went smoothly and super easy! From the first consult visit in-office in which I was greeted by super friendly staff and met with the nurse practitioner, who was also super friendly and very knowledgeable. They had an app to remind you of daily tasks leading up to the actual day of procedure and counting down steps, which was so awesome.
