I had hernia surgey on Aug. 6,2025 and was treated with the utmost professionalism. Everyone was so helpful and kind. I would go back . Thank you to all the staff of the hospital that I came in contact with.

I had an appointment with Dr Facey on July 1. I'm a 100% disabled Vet and have suffered from Diastasis recti for 3 years is very painful and affects my breathing and digestive tract. Dr Facey didn't even examine me he just looked at my stomach and said he had the same thing and he could do Nothing about it. I asked him if he was in pain he said no, And I said I was. He told me I was out of shape. I will never go to Phoenixville Hospital again.

The big bald guy with tattoos should not be working with the general public. He was miserable this morning. Almost forgot to say good morning. He seems like he is that miserable he takes it out on everybody. That was just not a good experience and not a good way to start my day. They never answer the phone and ignore parents concerns. Also half an hour after my daughters appointment and we are still waiting to be called. I asked and they said they were people In front of us and we had to wait. I was confused because we HAD AN appointment so why should we be waiting a half an hour after the appointment time and then some? Very unprofessional I do not recommend.

Last Tues. afternoon I was taken to the hospital for bradycardia, & eventually a pacemaker. Every staff member was professional, polite, & had a very good personality, they were all very encouraging during a really stressful time for me. The staff also worked well together, thank you!

Do not go here. This doctor is terrible. I am having issues with my breast implants. I specifically told her that because of the huge mass on my chest that could possibly be bia-Alcl that I could not have a mammogram. I realized this particular cancer is not well known. There are certain steps you must take to be safe and to rule it out. It was like she did not hear me. When we were talking she rolled her eyes and looked at the computer screen. Certain doctors will get you in and out while others stand around talking for hours. I just waited for 2 1/2 hours with my 5 year old daughter hadnt been seen and they are giving needles to people who are sick in the waiting room in front of young children. She was never seen because i was not going to subject my daughter to that kind of stuff she doesnt need to see. We are taking her to a different hospital.
