Friendly , concerned with my issues, answers all my questions,
Dr.Ferra is attentive. The issue I have is not with her, but the system to enable communication. The portal is difficult to use and the repetitiveness of the AI when trying to call is unprofessional. There must be an easier way to reach out for an answer.
I really like dr FERRA but not sure what she does except check vitals and monitor prescriptions. We are always referred to other doctors.
