Dr. Davenport and her clinical staff have been incredible. Compassionate, patient, and truly supportive. I always feel heard, respected, and cared for. I’m so grateful for this amazing team of women.
I could not be happier with my experience thus far, with Dr. Davenport. She is attentive, I NEVER have an issue booking an appointment and getting in in a timely fashion. She listens and gives feedback. She has sent a few referrals for me and I hear back from the referral within a week & typically I have an appointment within 1-2 weeks! Zero issues, other than I wish it was easier to get through to her office, when it isn't "appointment" related. I know the phones are busy, but it's quite challenging to get through. I find she doesn’t seem to find solutions for ur concerns & doesn’t really have a sense of humour. Very black & white……. And for the phone situation. Ashley NEVER!! answers the phone. But says to call back on the voicemail. Well if u don’t answer the phone EVER!! how are we suppose to book an appointment with u when we do call back. Or if we leave a msg u don’t call back to follow up. I’m sorry it never use to be like this. It’s quite frustrating to say the least.
So far I really like Dr.Davenport and her team. The Receptionist Ashley has been extremely helpful in answering any questions I might have.
Dr. Davenport is a fine Doctor (and I've had many to compare with over the years) . She's efficient, she does what she says she's going to do in a timely manner. She gives her patients their due time. Davenport is patient, knowledgeable and caring.
