Alissa at the front desk was not welcoming or friendly.. Saw Dr.cooling for my sons newborn visit and addressed the fact that his belly button smelled foul and we thought it was infected. She said “it’s normal, it’s dead tissue” .. it started bleeding the next day, followed by another drs visit where Dr. Han said it is infected, and prescribed antibiotic ointment. So he went 3 extra days with an infection..
Dr. Cooling is such a caring, patient, and knowledgeable doctor. She responds quickly to any messages or concerns I may have regarding my 4 year old twins and always goes above and beyond to give them the best care possible. I highly recommend her.
Dr. Cooling is an extraordinary doctor she has helped my children with serve asthma issues ect very kind, understanding and caring doctor.
