Horrible experience. The quality of care I received during my recent appointment with this OB-GYN from the staff and nurse I engaged was fabulous. From the time the the doctor came in however, that all changed. I arrived prepared with written notes on my phone to clearly communicate the ongoing symptoms I'd been tracking. Ended up seeing Dr. Calvo because my regular doctor was not available for a last-minute issue, and I thought Dr. Calvo was fabulous. She asked me questions that I had never thought to share previously and helped answer a lot of things that I would have been too "embarassed" to broach on my own. Was a very positive experience.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Calvo. She is not only a close friend and someone I trained with, but also the OB-GYN I trust with my own care. As someone who trained as an OB-GYN myself, that is the ultimate compliment.
