Danielle is a great primary care physician! She dosent make you feel rushed, she listens to you and researches things with you! The office staff can use some work but Danielle is great!
Don’t get caught waiting behind someone else checking in. I was behind someone who had insurance card issues causing an extended check-in time. By the time it was my turn to check-in it was 5 minutes past my appointment time. She said Danielle absolutely won’t see me. She checked with Danielle since I was waiting behind someone but she said no. I have heard of the 15 minutes past appointment time rule but 5 minutes and due to issues at your office? Terrible business ethics.

The ppl who answer the phones are rude! I don’t feel like im heard here. the last time I called it was the worst interaction ever. so much so, im going back to my old PCP. As a black woman personally I don’t feel my well being and health is taken seriously here.
