Whenever I call with a concern the staff and Dr. Bennett respond quickly and I get a answer and an appointment if needed. I am extremely happy with Dr. Bennett and her staff as my primary care provider.
Great personality, listener, and intuitive family doctor.
Was told repeatedly “I’m not concerned so you shouldn’t be”. Received conflicting evaluations on scans and test results. Refused to refer me to an ENT when I complained of ear infections. Ultimately causing me to go deaf in 1 ear. The conflicting evaluations and hearing loss started me on a 2 year health anxiety spiral that is debilitating and continues to this day. Zero patient care. Dr. Bennett is the most kind and responsive doctor. She is very thorough and understanding. She takes the time to address your concerns and makes you feel comfortable. She is very responsive.
