Having nothing but difficulty getting prior auth for pump supplies. Also upgraded me to g7 and never mentioned the nightmare it is to try to update my pump to be compatible with the g7. Spent hours on the phone with the pump company and it can't be done without connecting pump to computer which I don't have the cable for If my Dr actually advised me of the difficulties I would have i would have never got the g7. I use to love Dr. Beneviv-Meskin until I got very sick and realized that my insulin pump was programmed incorrectly giving me twice the amount of medicine I should have been receiving. Instead of correcting the issue her staff became very upset with me and unprofessional. Only thing I wanted was to get my pump working the way it should. I’m so disappointed with Dr. Beneviv-Meskin and more upset with her staff. Dr. Beneviv and I had what I thought was a great Dr./Patient relationship for over 10 years. “Dr” Benaviv-Meskin is an astonishingly terrible “dr”. Besides being rushed and “ok’d” to death, besides not wanting to deal with the male endocrine system and passing me off to a referred Dr., besides her lack of caloric/nutritional understanding, but her not furthering testing or reading results correctly is what amazes me that she would have any good reviews. Dr. Benaviv-Meskin is an amazing Dr who cares about your health. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. I have never had any issues.
