I contacted this firm about my Social Security case, sent them my medical records and then heard nothing in return. I called repeatedly asking for the return of my medical records and still have received no reply. I would think seriously before contacting this firm. I filed for and got approved for Social Security on my own.
I am sure attorney office and staff is wonderful as I have seen the reviews and have spoken to clients who have worked with them. I just wish I could get a hold of someone it’s been months . Received returned called and voicemail once and a Link to answer questionnaire . I answered the questionnaire sent in in weeks ago let 4 voicemails but since than, still have been unable to receive a return , speak to a live person.
