My Mother is a patient here and at her visit today Dr Gordon said she was going to call in a prescription that she needed to start today and never called in as of yet. Horrible service but yet they will charge you if you don’t show up! Top that they sent her someone else’s paperwork with a summary of their visit. It’s insane!
Gynecology nurse called me 2 days ago with the same issue of 3 months ago about my urine results of having a little bit of yeast but no medication. Last week I visited the Hartford-CT location still waiting for results because in my urine had blood. NO RESULTS AND NO MEDICATION OR TREATMENT FOR MY URINE.
Very nice and felt comfortable with her.
A horrible experience. Never again.
