My Mom & Dad stayed at Daniela’s serenity care. While the staff themselves were usually helpful and kind, a number of concerns arose. We were prevented from using digital picture frames and Alexa Shows in their room. These had been an important part of their lives for video calls so they could see the grandkids and such. My mother lived here and was cared for by Daniela and her team for the last three years of her life. The facilities are clean, comfortable, peaceful and truly feel like a home. The care my mother received was superb. The staff were reliable, consistent, hard-working and attentive to my mother's physical and emotional needs.
