I had a very concerning first visit with this provider. From the start, the interaction felt confrontational and dismissive rather than patient-centered. I was met with ultimatums instead of discussion, and my concerns were not heard. When I expressed that I felt uncomfortable and unsafe with the tone of the encounter, I was told to leave rather than having the situation de-escalated or my care thoughtfully addressed.
