I requested and I was pleased, comforted and relieved after having the opportunity to see Dr Memoli, subsequent to my discharge from an inpatient stay at MedStar Montgomery Hospital. Dr. Memoli and I reviewed my discharge report. On that report, I noticed an entry for an issue relative to my liver, which was not discussed during my hospital in-patient visit.
