Visiting with Dr. Daniel Wubneh was my first experience. The staff and MA made me feel welcomed and the MA was very personable and engaging. Dr. Wubneh was not so personable and did not make me feel like he was interested in my care. He really didn’t try to “get to know me.” There were no smiles at all! Just to the point. I am going to give it a few more visits.
I was hesitant and nervous about having to see a new Cardiologist after my previous one retired. However, Dr. Wubneh, made me feel at ease. He is compassionate, listens with intent, shows genuine interest in my health and my concerns. He is very thorough in expressing his thoughts, concerns of what he thinks the issue is and how he wants to proceed with confirming or ruling out a diagnosis, and what test or treatment plan he wants to do. I know my care is in great hands.
