A very good doctor. He’s very detailed and very thorough, but he explains complex medical problems in a way that can be easily understood. Dr Wong isn’t a clock watcher looking to cycle through as many patients as possible in a short amount of time. He’s not going to let you go until your questions and concerns are answered. The end result is I have a much better understanding of condition and my mind is at ease.
I am unhappy by how Elizabeth and Dr wong’s staff has treated me as a new patient. You can tell by how indecent they are by providing you with a link that does not work, instead looking up my name in their system and calling me back, I took my business t someone more transparent and decent.
HORRIBLE Staff! 3 months trying to schedule an appointment, If its not one thing its another, they will never giveyou a list of requirements, instead ask for a referral letter and once you get ask for medical records then you also get that then something else. Guess what by the time you get it all Surprise Surprise your referral letter expired! Because its only good for short amount of time!!!!!! Unbelievable staff!
