TL;DR: STAY FAR AWAY. HE SIMPLY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HEALTH. Went to see Dr. Whitehead after experiencing off and on wrist pain for nearly a year. He didn't bother to make the slightest effort to investigate my concerns. Despite my insistence, he refused to order radiology and simply said "Oh, it's arthritis". I was 32 years old with no other complaints to support such as asinine diagnosis. Horrible Doctor! DO NOT GO TO HIM. OLD AND CARELESS. He does not care about his patients. Lied to me about looking at my lab results. I asked him why my lab work wasn't on my portal (a week later when lab results are available 24-48 hours after). He told me he wasn't tech savvy. Come to find out he never looked at my lab results. He started putting in my lab results in front of me. He will not look over your charts. His first appointment starts at 9 AM but he does not get in until 9:40 AM. find another option if you are read... read more
His staff is absolutely disgusting and rude! I will not go to him simply due to the treatment of his office staff and will be filing a formal complaint.
