I used this practice back in 2022 for regular procedures. The doctor and the practice itself was ok, nothing remarkable. However, 4 years later I'm now receiving an invoice and a notice saying my account is on collections. I made all my payments, I have every record of it, getting thru their overseas gastro health customer service is a nightmare, the invoices are saying I owe a different amount, the customer service is saying I owe another amount. My experience was excellent, the staff was attentive, and the professionals were exceptional. I recommend Dr. Daniel and his team to everyone who asks me about a gastroenterologist.
Horrible place. The office staff is extremely rude, especially toward people who are already at their most vulnerable. Their bedside manner is terrible and completely lacking in compassion. I would not recommend this office to anyone seeking respectful or empathetic care.
