I called 3 times to reschedule an appointment. Each time I was put on hold and after 7-8 minutes each time, I was cut off so I just canceled the appointment and am going somewhere else.
HORRIBLE I've been in a medical boot for over a month because of this Ahole, and I might not be able to go back to full time at my job.
