We will never go back again. After an after hour emergency call (which was never answered), we received a phone call from his personal cell phone over the weekend stating it was the police. When we called and asked the office about it they made excuse after excuse and it took 4 phone calls to finally speak to Dr Dan about it.
Dr. Sletten is amazing! He was able to create an orthodontic plan for my son when smile direct failed. He also tweaked the original plan 6 months later to create a refinement plan at no extra charge. My son was smiling again in less than a year! Thank you!!!
Dr. Sletten is the most over-rated doctor in the area with poor bedside manners. I would not recommend him for anyone needing dental treatment.
