Dr. Nesselroade is a wonderful doctor!! Great personality who really seems to care!! He’s very good about explaining things also!!
It takes months to be able to be seen by the Dr and the nurse practitioner always seems to rush or try to avoid an exam. The lobby looks ran down with old cloth seats that were falling through and very dirty. I honestly didn't want to even sit down. Needs a facelift with lobby and staff could be more polite. They always seem irritated and have attitudes. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
The older front desk receptionist is extremely rude. This is my first visit here and I had showed up on time. The receptionist was extremely condescending and rude. She huffed and puffed when I told her that I could not find my ID and when I had to call home to get “written” consent to be seen, she interrupted my private conversation to rudely tell me that I was suppose to be 15 mins early, when I was not informed over the phone.
