DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT hire this bum. he took my money for a divorce and did absolutely nothing, but wait for my soon to be ex wife lawyer to do all the work. 3 years and quite a bit of money down the tubes.......he's nothing but a scam artist. DO NOT HIRE HIM!!!

If there was a zero star he'd get that. Do not ever hire him!!! Paid him in full for services and filling bankruptcy and never heard from him again. He kept the money and never responded to our calls. He's a thief and a bum. Stay away!!!!!!!

Atty Daniel W Mc Cartney helped me and my parents write their wills and other legal documents. The fees were very reasonable. Everyone in his office was also very kind and helpful every time we needed help. We have used his service for many years.

What ever you do don't hire him for Divorce Cases? He doesn't handle the case like he says he going to. He takes your money and does nothing on your case. I was with him for three years and just had to hire another Attorney. He lost some of my paperwork and photos I took of our assets!! He is very unprofessional. I wasted three years with him and I have to start all over again. I rate him as a Zero!!
