Dr. Hanson saved me, I couldn't work, walk, breathe, or even eat because of the pain of having to try and go to the bathroom. No human or animal should ever have to live with that kind of pain. His clinic helps you from the moment you wake up from surgery. He has helped me every step of rehabilitation and therapy due to the severe nerve damage of my injury. I was referred to Dr Hanson and MSI by my provider and I am very happy they did. I have a chronic low back condition, starting from a weight lifting injury in my early 20’s. Then in on my 40th year having a discectomy to address debilitating nerve pain. I never fully recovered. Dr. Daniel Hanson is my miracle doctor. I had so much pain down my left leg. I could not sleep at night. Could barely walk. PT didn't work. Was so glad when surgery was done and there was absolutely no pain, I could sleep and walk again. Hanson
When an unexpected accident happened at work, I was referred to Dr. Dan at the Minnesota Spine Institute. The staff were great, making me feel comfortable through out the entire process. The procedure itself went smoothly, and now my pain is far more tolerable and manageable than it was before. I certainly do not plan to go back but if I had to I would choose Dr. Dan!
**6 MONTH UPDATE** Unfortunately I felt the need to update my review as I just got home from a major Anterior & Posterior Interbody Lumbar Fusion (L5/S1) revision surgery done by another surgeon. I don’t mean to post this to discredit anyone or to speak out in bad faith, but more to help others who may find themselves in a similar situation as to what I was.
