Beware of Deposits At first, my experience with Dr Halby seemed to be ok. He seemed to be really concerened with my needs. But then things changed when he insisted that I would have to make a large deposit and pay the balance two before the procedure. I felt to be under pressure to have the procedure done immediately as soon as I gave the deposit. It seemed that he was more concered with the money than my needs. Dr. Halby helped my self confidence Doctor Halby has helped boost my self confidence by proforming the hair restoration on me. I must say I feel and look amazing. I want to thank Dr. Halby for that. He is such a wounderful doctor and very freindly. I always felt comfortable in his office. I just want everyone to know that he is the best. If anyone is looking for a hair restoration doctor he is the man.
