I've been using Daniel Cagan since 1994 and he's always been my go to attorney. I did get a little bit frustrated with how long my last case is taking to settle, but I had to take into consideration that the pandemic has slowed everything down. Other than that, my cases have always been handled with professionalism and I've always been happy with my settlements.

Exactly what i needed to get where i need to be with mind and treatment goals. Great staff and case management workers who really do care and have been through a lot of what I have been going through. Great food really helps more than I can possibly explain with words. I highly recommend starting here for anybody trying to get into treatment and I have high hopes for success in my recovery.

I've been using Daniel Cagan since 1994 and hewwas an above average attorney the first couple of times. But this time it's very different. Once you sign the papers for him to represent you, you can't talk to him at all when you call his law firm, and his assistants seem like they're programmed to tell you the same thing every time you call. The accident happened July 2020 and it's 2021 and we still haven't received any positive information about the case or a settlement offer.
