From the first phone call to the last hand shake, it was a very pleasant experience. The staff were warm, welcoming and courteous. Mr. Blougouras came out to the waiting room to escort me back to his office, which I thought was a nice touch. Once in his office, I felt very comfortable. Could NOT be more disappointed with the service (or lack thereof) with my aunts estate, which over 5 years later is STILL ongoing because of Dan's indifference or incompetence...we can't discern the two. Look elsewhere for an attorney, is our our only advice!
