Not impressed with him at all. Didn't care about resolving the issue whatsoever. Overall is rude, doesn't listen and obviously doesn't know the history of my previous C4-C6 fusion. He cut me off saying it was a C3-C7 fusion. That is not correct at all. So shots and drugs are his resolution to the problem. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time going here. Look elsewhere.
Very understanding and compationant provider, takes the time to explain everything, and always asks me for my input. I highly recommend.
My experience was life saving. I was very fortunate to have Dr. Vollhaber as my doctor and the rest of the staff as my caregivers.
I was experiencing agonizing pain in my neck. My physician referred me to Dr. Vollhaber’s office. I called their office several times after the referral and no one returned my call for over two weeks. When I finally spoke to someone, I was told that the doctor wouldn’t take my case, yet was not told why. When I questioned why it took so long for someone to get back to me regarding the referral I was told that the doctor receives over 100 referrals a week and there’s only two people.
