Dr. Vogel and his office made my experience easy and stress free. The entire staff was very caring and helpful. He was very straight forward and explained my options. I ended up choosing to have surgery. Dr. Vogel performed my meniscus (knee) surgery. He was able to get me in quickly. It was smooth and I had a very quick recovery.
This is a long term review and if you're considering getting a total knee replacement (TKR) from Dr Vogel I urge you to read this. My dad decided to have his TKR in November of 2020. Dr Vogel was the surgeon. It was determined after a few failed attempts of cortisone injections that he needed this surgery. Which we expected. Dr. Vogel is kind, professional and thorough. My husband is getting shoulder surgery by him on the 30th. Praying for the best. 🙏
Terrible office manager, terrible communication, don’t care, don’t answer calls or return messages, hangs up on you, don’t care if your in pain, don’t listen to your opinions, canceled surgery 2 days before. Never be treated so poorly or seen such lack of urgency, care, empathy! Wish we read the reviews before we got this far now have to start all over! Messed up our family, lives, jobs! Never been so upset and disappointed! (Stay away Dr. Vogel and Office Manager Liz)
This doctor canceled my dad’s surgery 2days before! The office didn’t care he was in pain only cared about them! Now he has to find another doctor, be in pain and lose his job and start all over! Such poor customer care it’s sad! Office manager treated him terribly!
