My experience was positive! Everyone was helpful and answered my questions fully.
My experience with the phlebotamist yesterday morning was very plastic well as professional and dare I say enjoyable.
It's never good to receive a cancer diagnosis, but Dr Vaena, his staff and the rest of West Cancer Clinic got me into treatment, and have given me hope.
I realize there are lots of sick people but the communication could be better to speed up the process some people have to wait too long to be called and it’s very difficult to reach your Dr by phone
Excellent support and professionalism displayed from the entire staff including the angels, receptionist, security, directors, infusion team, nurses, desk checkin staff, and my especially doctor and assistants!!!! Thank you!!!
