After weeks of delays and unsubstantiated excuses still have not received my delivery that's sitting at Lismore.. Had to resort to making a ACCC official complaint. Maybe this pathetic service is a result of a sub contractor.. but after numerous enquiries to Daniel Trucking there is no communications from them to so can only name and shame Daniel Trucking. Would give 0 stars if possible.
What a difference. Previous hassles when they were Norton’s seem to have vanished. Delivered to my address and I don’t even get post delivered. Very helpful people in the office also. Very very happy thank you
We were eagerly awaiting a two-parcel delivery and when the first arrived we realised that we would be away when the second parcel arrived (next delivery day in our area). The driver took notes and made sure that if he was not on the run he could pass on the alternate drop off address to the next driver. Second parcel was delivered to alternate address just fine. We really appreciate the extra care and effort taken by the Daniel Trucking staff. Cheers Brent
