I have been tolerating my former primary care doctor for 20 years. This past year, I have been suffering leg pain which made walking almost impossible. I absolutely love Dr Trock and the staff. He’s very straight forward lets me basically decide what I would like to do. With in reason. Staff is very friendly and pleasant. Thank you so much for your great service.

This place should have negative -5 stars. I have been calling every day for two weeks in order for someone to get back to me in regards to a painful and extremely swollen finger and thumb the beginning of the third week I get a phone call back and I was asked by the receptionist what can they do?. Dr. Trock is great. The office staff is horrible. I can’t get a callback and they are rude. I have been trying for a week to get a Rx filled and now I am out and calling the office daily and still can’t get the script called in and Mary didn’t like me raising my voice about this serious matter so she hung up on me. This office has been horrible for years and I have dealt with it. Time to look for a new Dr. This group should be embarrassed by the lack of care they provide.
