This building is a very nice and well-maintained building. They could do a little more on the outside of the building for the folks that live there. There is not enough coverage from the sun and there needs to be better enjoyable seating for people who do not want to sit inside all day. They have great space in the front and even in the back that can be updated with a little money put in. I thought it was very well maintained, the unit is spotless, and the employees were professional and the neighbors I met were very friendly . I'm going to be very happy living there.
