I saw Dr. Dan Tarquinio on August 25, 2025, following a spinal fusion with MRI evidence of severe foraminal stenosis at L5–S1. Instead of addressing my imaging or symptoms, he attributed everything to stress and referenced ER notes to suggest my concerns were psychiatric. He implied repeatedly that symptoms were caused by stress and anxiety, not structural pathology, using his little reflex hammer to prove his point.
