One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a medical facility. I had an appointment with Dr Tan to check out a health issue that was forming up in me. At first everything seemed fine then he saw health issue acting up in front of him. He began laughing and saying "I've never seen anything like this before" and kept on laughing.
