I arrived at my appointment. Only too be told Dr. Alfonso, wouldn’t see me . All because the office was claiming I had a balance of $280 . I informed , them that I have been working with Debra the office manager. I have a primary and a secondary insurance. It was billed incorrectly on there end , so they couldn’t wait for it to be fixed . They just want my money that day or no visit . I had a very good experience to Dr Alfonso he is so professional and competent, but his personal staff is a completely disaster. I had a broken wrist and after 2 days I am still waiting the office to make an appointment for a ct scan, after I made several calls. Also His nurse gave an envelope with a report an a CD from another Dr's patient.

Very unprofessional office. Made an appointment. Literally called me three times within three minutes one day. The next day, called me 5 times in 5 minutes. I was out of the country at the time. This obsessive calling made me feel like I was dealing with a bill collector rather than a professional doctor's office. Made me feel uncomfortable with this doctor and I didn't go.

Great doctor, unfortunately his staff lack his ability, called 3 times in an hour span and was put on hold for over 10 min each occasion. How hard is it to take a call and make an appointment. I just called another doctor and was set up with an appointment in under 3 min.

Dr. Alfonso is very knowledgeable and qualify physician with great bedside manner. He is personable and the same time caring.

I damaged two fingers and thumb with hedge clippers. Dr. Alphonso saw me within 3 hours. Next day be performed surgery (at a surgery center) to repair a nerve and stitch wounds. I suffered no post-operative pain at all. No significant waiting time on the first and subsequent 3 followup office visits, and no followup charges. After 6 weeks there is hardly any sign of which lingers bore the wounds. The doctor and his staff are highly professional, friendly, attentive and confidence building.

Dr. Alfonso took my emergency case on a Friday afternoon. He was extremely professional, competent, and precise. I would recommend him highly and over anyone else. He saved my finger and it healed perfectly. It is not often that you meet doctors as competent, dedicated, and knowledgable as he is.

He was very professional, seemed to actually care about what was going on with my finger, and was very friendly and even called me to follow up after my surgery.
