I could not more displease with Daniel/Stark including the attorney assigned to my slip and fall case Jerrell Wise. I was signed up after my accident on March, 2019 after an accident in HEB which broke my arm. After two surgeries and a myriad of treatments, I finished my active treatment in November , 2019. 15 days ago I wrote a review of my 'view' of my experience with this law firm concerning the slip and fall injury case that Attorney Jerrell Wise was handling on behalf of the firm. The next morning he called me obviously concerned about my mostly non-complimentary words based on my perception. This law firm treats clients like a family member. I was injured in a car wreck and they checked on how i was doing many times. Zachary and Elizabeth are great to work with and truly cared about my well being and getting my case settled quickly. I called about an injury and spoke to Brittney Mitchell with the firm. Brittney stated she would get back to me, but never did. I left 4 voicemails for her. I respect the fact attorney's have the option to choose which cases they want to pursue, but to not even have the common decency to return a phone call is not good. If I could leave a negative 20 I would!! Worst experience I have had my husband was in an accident with a drunk driver they don’t return his calls give him the run around keep asking the same questions after not speaking to him for weeks. Wish I would of pick another attorneys office to represent us It’s been well over 4 months and no information as to what’s going on with our case!!!
